    Welcome to Daily Bread: Catholic Food for Thought every Monday through Friday! We have spent a bunch of time developing ideas and posts for this section of the website, and we are proud to debut them this week. Each weekday we will present a new and unique post designed to spur your thought and keep your mind and soul active. Each weekday will have a theme, and we will be introducing them this week. The real posts will begin Monday, September 8, but be sure to come back each day this week to learn what each weekday's theme will be.

Thursday's World View!

    We don't live in a vacuum. Life is happening all around us. Big decisions are being made that affect us and our world, but who is making them, and why? Each Thursday we will address these questions in Thursday's World View. Every week we will take a current event and discuss it from the perspective of Catholicism. We will incorporate Catholic social teaching as well as moral theology to help reach a better understanding of what is going on in our world. Far from telling you what to think, Thursday's World View will help give you the tools you need to assess the world from a perspective which is faithful to the teachings of the Church!
