M: How about
Stephen Colbert talking to Fr. James Martin about social justice. Again, Colbert pretends to disagree to poke fun at those who don’t understand or like social justice. As Father Martin points out, social justice is central to being Catholic.
M: The last one is one of my personal favorites.
He talks to Garry Wills, an author who tries to argue that Priests aren’t necessary. I like this one because Stephen defends the true presence of the Eucharist and the institution of the Priesthood. He rightly defends the sacraments in an intelligent way. I also like the way that, despite their theological differences, Stephen is able to have a civil conversation with him.
